Book haul can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books..share them!

I can’t believe it already October! The kids are out for fall break and we have Apple festival coming up this weekend. That means good ole homemade apple butter jam! We’ve been on the lookout for haunted corn mazes and haunted houses to go to this month too. My son is having some tests done on his kidneys this week, and we are hoping they can figure put what is going on.

My daughter have started Pretty Little Liars all over again since we pretty much forgot what was going on, and have binged watched up to season 4 now. I got some really great goodies this week and managed to read a couple of pretty amazing books too. And the weather has finally cooled off, at least for now. πŸ™‚ Wen wen to Walmart yesterday and they has Christmas trees out already! Christmas trees!. Can’t we at least wait until after Halloween? Well, that’s about it for my week. How was yours?

This year has gone by so fast! Apple butter jam sounds pretty delightful. I hope that your son’s tests on his kidneys go well.

    Enjoy your new reads πŸ™‚

I’m beyond excited for it to finally be October! It’s one of my favorite times of the year – the perfect mix between warm and cold. I hope your son’s tests go well and they’re able to figure out what’s going on. The Wife Between Us is one of my upcoming reads. I love Sarah Pekkanen’s books. Also, I really need to read a Christina Lauren book one of these days – they seem to be everywhere and loved by everyone. Have a great week, Jenea!

The Wife Between Us is in my to be read soon pile. It sounds so good, so I’m really looking forward to reading it. Enjoy your binge watch of Pretty Little Liars. I loved that show when it was on and am excited to hear that it’s now going to have a spin off.

    Have a great week!

I do love all that Fall has to offer. I am just hoping we don’t get rain like we did last year. All the rain we got in October rained out the pumpkin patches and all that, it was a bummer.

I hope the doctors are able to figure out what is ailing your son, and that he is ok. Fall and apple picking – two fantastic things. I love the apple cider donuts they sell at the orchards too. Totally want to read Love and Other Words. I have had a lot of success with Christina Lauren.

I can’t believe it’s October! I love Apple Butter!! Yummm. Hope the test on your son are good and they figure out what is wrong. I need to start PLL over as I haven’t seen the last couple seasons and totally forgot what is going on too. πŸ™‚

    Have a great week!

Christmas trees already?? Yikes. Pretty soon they’ll just leave them out all year long lol. I love all the October-y things, such a fun time of year. And good luck to your son on his tests, hope it’s nothing serious.

The Wife Between Us looks like a pretty good thriller.

Christmas trees at the start of October?? Good grief – there should be a law against it! Glad you’re enjoying a school break – our children get their half-term at the end of October, though stupidly they go back to school just in time for Halloween, which seems mad to me… You have an interesting selection of books – Fiendish looks really creepy! Have a great week, Jenea:)

Why wouldn’t they just make break around the time of Halloween, but that would make more sense. They don’t want that. πŸ˜‰ Fiendish is a really good YA book and I just adore the cover so when I saw it at our Dollar Tree, I had to pick it up.

I hope you’ll have a great news about your son’s kidneys, Jenea. Enjoy your new books and have a wonderful week, my friend. ❀️

PS: I’ve heard great things about Pretty Little Liars but haven’t watched any episode yet. Maybe one day. 😁

*Hugs* everything works out for your son and they find what the heck is wrong πŸ™ And NO to the Christmas trees already! NO NO NO!!

I have Fiendish… I should read that this month πŸ˜‰ Great haul!!
