Love blossoms in the most unexpected of places in this sweet and steamy Cursed Ravens Motorcyle Club title featuring a hunky bad boy and a charming nurse.

The men might tease Rogue and call him pretty behind his back, but no one is going to say that to his face. As the vice president of the Cursed Ravens—and with an unpredictable and unruly temper—respect is given to him at any cost.

But Rogue reins himself in when he visits his mother in a local nursing home. Overwhelmed with guilt that he can’t take care of her himself, he can barely handle watching her fade away with dementia. And he knows the staff is exceptional—especially the sweet and beautiful caregiver who pays extra attention to his mom.

It isn’t easy working at a nursing home, but Zoe enjoys spending time with her favorite patient Anne. She knows Anne has a son who dutifully visits her, but when Zoe sees the tall, muscled, handsome stranger, she can tell he’s trouble—beautiful trouble. She knows he’s a Cursed Raven and she knows better than to admit she’s attracted to him. There’s no way she’ll date an MC member. Been there done that. But as Zoe and Rogue start to get closer, they realize one way or another, they’ll have to fight to stay in each other’s lives.

Going Rogue is the last book in The Cursed Ravens Series, and boy was it a good one! We first met Rogue in the previous books and I was thrilled to see him get his own book and find love too with a spunky nurse too

Rogue is one hot badass, but has a sweet side to him that many people get to see. His mother has Dementia and is a home where she can be watched and taken care of. It broke his heart to have place her there, he sure loves his Mother and just wanted what was best for her. This is where he meets his match, Zoe. The banter started at their first interaction. She’s sworn of bikers and he wants her from the start.

There is a lot going on in this installment. The boys find themselves in a pinch yet again, but this time it might be the end. Can’t these guys stay out of trouble?! But being part of a motor cycle club has it’s own stigma/hypocrisy that comes along with the patches. So, the police were all to happy to throw them in jail for just about anything they conjure up. But along with all of this going on Rogue keeps right visiting his mother, no matter what. How can you love a guy like that? But, I guess I just have a thing for the badass ones who love their Momma! Getting to learn what the other couples from the previous books were up to was a great addition too.

Zoe lost her Grandfather to Dementia and wanted to be able to help and care for those who can’t necessarily take care of themselves. I found her to be so selfless and caring, and I knew from the start she would be his mate. Now it wasn’t with out some bumps in the road to happiness, they did have some miscommunication along the way. Seeing them work through it all was freakin fantastic. I so wanted this couple to make it.

Some might say it was on the insta-love side, I personally don’t mind the insta-love in adult books. And with these two, it worked well. The steamy chemistry was off the charts and there was plenty of angst along the way too. Can I just say, how much I adored the ending and the epilogue even more! It closes the story lines that were also in the previous books, and made me both thrilled and sad at the same time as this is the last book. I am hoping that just maybe there will another one. There are plenty of guys in the club. *fingers crossed*

I believe if you are a fan of steamy romances, this is a series for you…

  1. Crystal @ Lost in Storyland

I’m glad to hear this series concluded well. It sounds like there’s a lot to love about it! I especially like how Rogue loves and visits his mother through it all. I’m big on stories that feature family in a positive light.

  2. Melliane

the insta love is complicated for me but it depends on the book too. It’s great that this last book was a great one again, I’m always anxious about that
