Brilliantly hot Matt Cannon doesn't mind his "boy wonder" nickname. At twenty-eight, he may be the youngest--and richest--broker at his firm, but the constant string of women in his bed know he's all man. When Matt's boss insists he clean up his image to land a potential investor, Matt knows just the woman to pose as his girlfriend.Sabrina Cross is Wall Street's go-to "fixer"--a chameleon of a woman who can be anything, to any man, for any reason, with just one rule: no touching. Matt and Sabrina have always been like oil and water, but their new arrangement lights a match to the animosity and leads to something altogether hotter.

This is the second installment in the 21 Wall Street Series. We first met Matt in the first installment, and I was pretty excited to see he was going to have his own book.

Matt Cannon is a cynic when it comes to love and relatioinships, plus with him being so wrapped up in his job, he doesn’t feel that he has time for more than just a hook up every now and then. He does however find himself in a sticky situation, when pics of him having a lap dance at a club goes public. Now his job is on the line. He needs an image overhaul. What he needs is a fake girlfriend to do just that.

Sabrina Cross is what is know as a “fixer” when it comes to images. She works for who mostly have stature who find themselves either needing and image over haul and finding a way to make them look good before things come to light. The thing is, she is exactly what Matt needs. These two have one rocky past with each other. So, I was so curious to see how it all would play out. Would Matt and Sabrina pull it off and crash and burn?

It was clear that the past played a lot to do with how the whole “fake relationship” would work out. They are actually hot together, but they were going to fight the chemistry that was between them. He thinks she hates him, she thinks he’d never love her. These two characters had their flaws and we get to learn a little about their pasts and what made them they way they were. It just made me want to root for them even more. Overtime, things do change between them, but would the changes be enough, so, of course I had to know. They were not without their issues, so I got a little worried, the whole story kept me turning the pages the fast as I could. I was happy to have the first couple play a part in this one as well, it was nice to see how they were doing now.

Between the banter between Matt and Sabrina and their hot chemistry, this turned out to be a fantastic installment. I am pretty excited to learn that Kennedy’s story will be the next installment. Fans of the contemporary romances will enjoy this one for sure.

I’m such a big Lauren Layne fan and I LOVE fake-dating, so I’m more than a little excited to read this. I’m so glad you enjoyed this one, Jenea. I can’t wait!

I didn’t realize this one is almost out. I recently listened to Hot Assest and had fun with it. I did like the friends in it so I would be interested to read their stories. Going to have to snag a copy!

I would start with the first! This series sounds really good. I have to put it on my list! I like banter between the main characters, and it to be a sexy read, is a plus for me! Great review.
